Support
Last updated 10 September 2026
Write to support@coachwork.io. A real person reads it. Say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — and if it is about a specific workout, the date is usually enough to find it.
Reporting a post, a comment or a person
Every post and every comment carries a report control, and you can block the person who wrote a post — blocking hides them from you, takes effect immediately, and does not tell them. Reports are reviewed and acted on. If something needs attention faster than that, write to support@coachwork.io with the word urgent in the subject.
Common things
- My coach's program is not showing. A coach's invitation is addressed to the email they typed. If you signed up with a different address — including Apple's Hide My Email — the invitation cannot find you. Ask your coach which address they used.
- I logged a workout and it is not there. The app records on the device first and uploads afterwards, so a session logged with no signal appears once you are back online. If it is still missing after that, write in with the date.
- I want my training history out of the app. Ask, and we will send you what is held about you.
- I want my account deleted. It is in the app, under your profile. It removes everything and it cannot be undone.
