Coaching, set for set

Your coach's program.
Exactly.

Your coach writes your week on the web. You train it on your iPhone and log every set. Their notes are waiting the next time that workout comes round.

Free beta, through Apple's TestFlight.

A coach's week on the web: each day's workout written set by set, the coach's last note on Friday's, and the workout library beside it.

How it works

  1. 1

    Your coach writes the week

Every exercise and every set — reps, load, rest, tempo — on the days you train.

  2. 2

You train it on your iPhone

Log each set as you go, with a rest timer between. Film a set for your coach to see.

  3. 3

    Your coach reviews it

They read what you did, set by set, and write back. The note comes back to you the next time that workout does.

Step 2, the iPhone app mid-workout: the weighted pull-up's sets with set 1 ticked, the rest time, and the coach's last note on the exercise.

Step 3, a coach reviewing a finished workout: what was written beside what was done, set by set, with a comment box and next week's loads.
